We're About 9

Were_About_9.jpg (84545 bytes)

We're About 9 takes the stage with a current of joy, a parade of articulate banter, and heart-breaking harmonies.  Three voices, two acoustic guitars, electric bass and djembe fill the room with intricate, lush textures.  The coffee line disappears.  The seats fill.  Eyes wide open.  This three-part harmony-singer-songwriter-adult-alternative- contemporary-americana-folk-niche-group packs a surprise punch with an absolutely unique and powerful vocal blend; mercilessly charming stage presence; and passionate, quirky, compelling, literate songs. The We're About 9 vocal blend draws frequent comparisons to Crosby, Still and Nash and represents other influences such as the Nields and Cry, Cry, Cry.
